September 19

Yesterday I met with the board of directors of PCEA Chogoria Hospital. We worked on reviewing the plans and potential costs of the project. I won’t bore you with the details, but we hope to announce more details and launch a fund raising effort for the operating rooms within the next month.

Today we met with the leadership of Kikuyu Orthopedic Rehabilitation Center. As always we discussed our common projects and received An accounting of the money you have donated for the care of indigent patients there.

We work closely with the Outreach Foundation that builds church’s and schools for growing congregations as well as bigger projects such as the Chogoria project. I spent the afternoon visiting a church for whom a 2 classroom school is being built. It is in the middle of a tee plantation area. The church members largely work as tea pickers. The current school is in this small room without windows. Next week a group fromGrace Presbyterian Church in Houston will complete the pictured two room school house. This will allow the school to be accredited and attract new students. The pray and trust God that they will expand to a complete elementary school.

Tomorrow I will spend the day being a clinician at Kikuyu.

Please like share and donate.

I am grateful and blessed that you are interested is our work.
