August 30

Good morning. I hope all of you had a good weekend. I helped my friend Stu Ross move into his new house on Saturday and had lunch with some friends. The restaurant service was glacial, but the conversation made the afternoon speed by. We spent a lot of time trying to figure out  how to obtain long term follow up. One off the ladies had graduated from the Harvard Kennedy School of Public Policy. She is a very bright lady. She said she would help the effort including fund raising in Kenya.

Today, we went to the AIC Kajiado Child Care Center. We have been helping them pay for the surgery cases. Using the National Health Service they have been able to leverage the $8,000 we donated over a year ago, into at least $45,000 worth of care. This has been one of the best use of your resources we have made. They are very grateful.

This ends the work part of this trip. I am so grateful for your monetary support and encouraging comments. We are considering many projects which of course requires increased fund raising. Please click the donate know button to donate.

We are going to the Masai Mara for a few days prior to returning home. Please know, that I pay for this trip myself. I will post some pictures!

Blessings

Doug
