We have been blessed to continue to serve God’s people this year. We have continued to support both patient care for the indigent and disabled as well as improve the surgical capabilities of the hospitals we serve. My information is not as  complete as I would like because I haven’t traveled there  in 16 months due to health concerns. I am looking forward to going in January.

At the Disability Community Center in Maua we have insured 10 children of which 6 needed surgery as well as supporting a program to provide wheelchairs for many children. The chairs were provided by another agency, while we payed for the administration costs of the program.

At Maua Methodist Hospital, 9 patients received the care they needed and the autoclave at the OR was refurbished.

At Chogoria Hospital, we helped purchase equipment to update the operating room table and arthroscopy equipment.

At Kikuyu Orthopedic Rehabilitation is Centre we funded poor patient care as well as some needed surgical equipment.

At Kajiado Child Care Centre, 41 children were able to attend school through a donation to pay for school fee, 6 children had surgery, and the hydrotherapy pool was repaired enabling more therapy to take place on site.

Last we started a relationship with PCEA Tumutumu Hospital by helping to purchase an instant x-ray unit for the OR.

Your donations have made all this possible. Will you please help us to continue our work?

Some of the children who have benefited from your generosity are pictured.

Blessings,

Doug
